This exciting new itinerary from our captain strikes the perfect balance between cruising along the picturesque waterways of his homeland and exploring charming ports of call. It’s also a blooming great opportunity to join our optional excursion to experience the hustle and bustle of the world’s largest flower auction, Aalsmeer, where more than half of the world’s cut flowers are bought and sold every day! Plus we include a visit to Keukenhof Gardens, the ultimate springtime destination which is renowned for its incredible floral displays, before spending a night in the amazing city of Amsterdam.

4 Day Itinerary
Day 1: UK – Dordrecht – Schoonhoven
We travel to the Dutch city of Dordrecht, which is surrounded by rivers, and join our ship for an evening cruise to the ‘silver city’ of Schoonhoven. After dinner you can relax onboard or explore the city, which is renowned for its silversmiths.
Day 2: Schoonhoven – Zaandam
We set off early this morning on an optional excursion to the Aalsmeer Flower Auction, where you can experience the hustle and bustle of the auction floor and admire the stunning flowers traded daily from more than ten countries. Our excursion also includes a visit to the Historic Garden, which gives a fascinating insight into the 400-year history of flower cultivation and the trade of plants in the Netherlands. We then meet our ship and cruise towards Zaandam for an evening at leisure.
Day 3: Zaandam – Amsterdam
Today we visit Keukenhof Gardens on our included excursion, where you have plenty of time to explore the 32-hectare site and enjoy the swathes of flowers, themed pavilions and wonderful atmosphere that surrounds this world-class event. We return to our ship in Zaandam and cruise to Amsterdam, where you can join our optional private evening canal cruise for the best views of the city while enjoying cheese and wine.
Day 4: Amsterdam – UK
We bid farewell to our captain and crew after breakfast and set off on the return journey.

The 106-berth mps Lady Anne is a floating ''home from home''. The owner and Captain of the ship, Capt. Wido Arts has brought together an experienced and amiable crew whose paramount importance is the comfort of our passengers. From the moment our luggage is lifted on board for us, to the time it’s delivered back on shore, the crew of the mps Lady Anne have only our personal comfort and safety at the forefront of their minds.
